Terms and Condition
We take great pride in our products and furniture range and we strive to deliver great service to you.
Only a handful of suppliers can deliver a service as fast and reliable as us and in order to maintain this we would like to project a clear trading term for clarity and mutual agreement.
1. all items are partly assembled and delivered as in manufacturing setting to you.
2. All goods are brand new and fault free unless specified in the listing.
3. we use third party couriers for shipment of your order and therefore we are unable to provide an exact delivery time and date.
4. Goods must be checked and inspected by you at the time of delivery arrival, and all damages and faults must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Reported faulty goods and items must be collected and inspected prior to dispatch of replacement item.
6. Refund: only brand new and unused items in their original packaging can be returned subject to return within 14 days of purchase.
7. Refund of non faulty goods is subject to the return of the item by buyer and we can not reimburse the return delivery charge to you.
8. Goods can not be returned or refunded once they have been used.
9. Any damage claims due to negligence in fixture or installation is voided.
10. We strongly advise to use a certified technician for installation of your electrical items and furniture.
11. due to the nature of goods and health and safety use. We reserve the right to refuse any item that we assess as unfit for resale.
12. Electrical goods are subject to 6 months business warranty, as we are a salon supplier we expect all goods to be used for business purposes.
13. Should your Electrical item develop a Faulty during its warranty period. Please dispatch it to us and we will replace your item with identical model or an item of the same specification and value.
15. Some Large items including furniture can only be shipped to mainland UK. due to the size of the items, delivery can not be made to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Europe.
